I'd figured the west coast 757 would be the first target for closing once the 321 picks up Hawaii flying, but I guess a separate issue since that only takes a Neo with ETOPS...
The company has stated the XLR will be flying out of EWR & IAD. West coast-Hawaii flying is quite into the future and TBD on timeline.
