It’ll be in the language for the SLI.

While I think the broad strokes of SLI are pretty much a done deal based on precedent, this is the kind of detail that could be presented to the arbitrator and it seems very unlikely to me that an arbitrator would see any basis in policy or "fairness" to completely exclude AS pilots from WB's under all circumstances. I know there's at least some historical precedent for people bidding WB FO slots which went unfilled from the fenced group.
