This. If a runway change is put into the box, you must verify the SID and transition is loaded properly. If I remember correctly, I’ve had a runway change from 1L to 1R which changed not only the SID but the flap setting (WN 737).
I believe all fleets have some sort of “runway change” guide in their FM. May seem like overkill, but I use it to make sure we didn’t miss something. Especially on the third leg of the day.
