There are 3 new hire FO slots on the latest vacancy award.
If you have to ask then you might not be qualified. I would guess 3 letters of recommendation from HAL pilots and at least 500 hours as an RJ captain. Different hiring times though, and limited numbers of slots so hard to gauge for sure.
