As a technique on the Airbus at least, many crews load the secondary, plus secondary Perf page for foreseeable runway change assignments, that way…..the runway Change procedure is accomplished by one button push as opposed to 11-15.

But like you Airbus folks, a lot of us Guppy folks pull data for a secondary runway and have it preloaded in the FMS in the event of a runway change. That way when the runway is loaded the T/O data will have an Accept/Reject prompt.
I usually will have FOs run through that guide if we get change.
