I’m thankful if/when a CA finds an error I made; just like they have been the few times I’ve found theirs. 99% of cockpit dynamics I’ve experienced have been this way. I’d imagine it’s a rare response based on a fragile ego. If it happens often, I’d start looking inward - maybe delivery of the message🤷♂️
I’m on the same page with this. Glad we can catch each other’s mistakes. It’s why having 2 pilots is so important. Curious to see what happened and what caused the breakdown in procedures
