Will your regional let you fly MORE than the minimums if you want to fly more, like if someone goes on vacation? Can you ask to fill their slot? I'm jsut trying to gain knowledge how this all works.
Generally, airlines like to run under-staffed. This means that most lines will typically fly (and credit) more than 75 hours. 85-90 hours is probably typical.

Also there is often extra flying that you can pick up on your days off, if you are legal to do so (duty and flight time limits).

Right now, due to the industry slowdown, a lot of airlines are overstaffed so you might not see lines much above guarantee. Also extra time (aka open time) is not likely to be very available for a while either. Eventually this will come back to "normal".
