That plane is a dying fleet. They have eliminated captain seats. The captains in it will stay until their retirement or plane is parked.
It's going to be a challenging time for those hired into it, in the sense that you'll be hired into a dying fleet with no perspective of progression. I've seen that before.
On the other hand, I wonder how many will read what Neosporin said and will think "it will be different with me".
