Despite not even being on property I can’t agree more with this. The amount of pilots from my two regionals that I know since Covid that have been picked up by United is huge. Very little to DL & AA. Some to non-legacies but United has been their choice #1 and got it.
And we are happy to have them. 2026 should be an outstanding year for hiring from what I’m hearing.
