Pay rates are the last thing to get negotiated - and we haven't even gotten through retirement, or work rules, or retirement, or deadhead banks, or per diem....so yeah it was way premature. Go back and listen to some of Gustafson's early talks to get a better understanding of how section 6 is supposed to work.
The company and their incredibly expensive legal team has been nothing but successful and happy during this negotiation cycle. It doesn’t require someone to have been through this process before to see that we’re not winning
