The whole evolution of IMSAFE and KINCARE over the past 15 years and what pilots can call in sick for has been changing the dynamic for negotiations. The company will come armed with data.
Well, what are they going to give up for that? There’s a reason why it’s survived so many contract cycles.
There’s also a reason why the company is voluntarily pulling back its GFB usage.
