No, you are not. I doubt you are voicing you're concern to SAPA or management extolling the virtues of XJT pilots and the need to take care of them. You are likely sitting back, staying quiet, and giving tacit approval to all this because it may work out to your favor and monetary benefit. Saying I care doesn't mean that I'm going to take time away from being with my 2 year old and wife to flying to IAH and walk a line with you guys. I care and all I can really do is sit back and watch as well as give you support by way of these boards and whenever I run across you guys in real like. My time off is not my time, it is reserved for my family and them alone. They are my life and they deserve every second I have away from my job.
Man, some of you need a reality check.
