Yeah, it appeared in a normal climb attitude and climbing at an apparently normal rate. Then it stopped climbing and started dropping, and then pitch changes started (understandably).
Gear down, combined all manner of subsystem dysfunction, would not cause it descend with two engine TO thrust.

Could be, hard to judge precisely from the video. But man it sure looks like an abrupt loss of thrust in the video. And RAT wouldn't come out at or above idle.
