the 3200-3500nm range 321s and 321neos have trouble in winter winds with some of the longer transcons or hawaii. that could be an issue for the -10 also
The 321XLR will cover those trips currently being covered by the 757 due to the range while the Max and NEO can take care of the overwhelming majority of the NB flying. Long range plan is to replace the 767 with the 787, and the 757 with the Max, NEO, and XLR where appropriate.
