I floated this recently was told "no way" we should be able to see what other folks want. Even if we don't want to identify the pilot, a simple flag would be nice to notify you if someone senior to you has a trip in their ballot.
What does it matter though? You put in for the trip and someone senior proffers too and gets it, or you proffer, someone senior proffers 5 minutes before the run and still gets it and you didn’t know either way.
As far as TTS what’s on this person’s ballot..? You either have a trip they want or you don’t. Ballot their trip and if you get it (or not) you’ll find out I guess. I just don’t see the need is all.
If I see a trip in OT that I would take for MU that I’m sure someone senior wants for premium, I make a premium ballot and a straight time ballot. If they knew I had a straight time ballot they’d probably take their premium out. Don’t hate the player.. or something like that.
Before we argue PM vs MU, that’s a contractual battle, not with your fellow pilot.
