Adequate reserves. Enough to meet the required numbers or blue days at least to begin of the month. This was the norm years ago, not so much since 2012ish. Management has tightened their definitions and are more than willing to bring the heat in the summer months. That is all that really matters. So yes, adequate is subjective but different than historical.
so it was the norm coming out of an economic recession, and has not been in well over a decade, which coincidentally was when we started printing money?
based off what I have seen, a grid with mostly blue days in the summer seem to be a symptom of overstaffing.
