Not a fan of them being able to work me into a day off as a line holder. That should be at least 200% pay. But they seem to like to do that. What you describe is a choice, sometimes the RR or their scheduling meltdowns take line holders into day(s) off. The penalty is not high enough for them to do that. I bid a schedule for a reason. I expect to be home on the day I'm supposed to be home. If that means they have to DH me (again) so be it. Lots of this going on lately.
