Just a note, while I agree the types that do this type of stuff are low, I would not recommend direct action. It's one thing to vent online, but your best path is just to feed this information to the union/pro-stans and let them do their thing. Chances are they either won't answer or just ignore pro-stands, there will always bad apples. If the union has a process to they can run, then great, let it happen or push for it at the next LEC meeting. No need to risk your career/legal action by engaging the person directly.
