This is not a good place to be as a company. Imagine financially where we would be if we hired based on growth and not attrition?

in my opinion living in base at spirit is far better than commuting to anyone else but there is zero chance I would commute for spirit. So if another displacement puts me out of my base and we don’t open new bases that don’t suck it makes the decision for me because I don’t want to live in other bases we have. Sure I’d move short term but I’m out.
Your threat to leave has made a difference. I can feel it in my plums the company retreating on its plans to close bases.
