I fly with mostly senior captains in the 3-4000 and below numbers and almost every single one looks at my seniority number and how young I am when we meet and it gets annoying hearing the "Ah welcome to AA junior" and then getting treated like I'm a brand new pilot for the next 3 days. That’s bizarre. And unfortunate.
The good news is those types are leaving en masse. And you can try to be like the rest of us who would never even consider saying such nonsense.
