PBS is hilarious for a junior person. Last Summer I requested a few days off in August. First day of kindergarten. My wife's birthday. Was denied all of them in PBS. Solved in layer none. Was awarded all of the days off I requested. What the heck is that?
Layer none will try to honor as many of your prefer off days as possible, and it has to give you 12 no matter what, so it’ll let you have coverage days, everything else being equal. PBS guide on aapilots is kind of a PITA read, but it’s well worth your time.
