18 I know it’s hard to believe. I’m an FO still too. Quality of life has gone down as I’ve become more senior. When I saw a check airman leave with 18 years, I knew I wasn’t crazy. The insanity of these IROPs is nuts. I have 19 years to 65. I’m only half way there. I just can’t picture working for this place that long. I think we go bankrupt before we get bought. We’re just a tier above spirit. Too toxic to trust. Personally for me its never been about money.
