There is zero reason for AA to divert attention to something like this but yet people are actually upset about it and bring negativity to the job/working here because of it.
At the end of the day, I think we're all thankful to be here and to make the money we make doing what we do. I don't think anyone has implied to the contrary. But that doesn't also mean people aren't allowed to be upset as to what is occurring.
You're essentially saying "shut up and take the money", but then your seniority gets bypassed, which would otherwise allow you to be homebased, and you commute? Even to reserve? And the union that you pay a lot of dues to does nothing about it?
Isn't that the opposite of "you'll be senior one day"?
