Just a FDXer's viewpoint, but Miller represents the pilots of the IPA, and nobody else. You guys are
contractors, with most of your flying hanging on just one customer. Since when did you think you had a guaranteed gig with your DHL U.S.A. flying?
I truly understand your disappointment in this news. But since it does benefit the pilots of UPS, what else were you expecting their union to say? "SAD NEWS, ASTAR and ABX COULD POSSIBLY GO UNDER IF THEIR MANAGEMENT CAN'T FIND THEM NEW LINES OF BUSINESS"?
In my judgment you are way too premature to surmise that Astar and ABX will be put out of business anyway.
