When we were in our last set of negotiations we had a person draft an unofficial SCAB list. It created all kinds of needless drama and, in the grand scheme of things, set us back.
Last several days, blanket DRAFT calls were going out for 77FO and RFO. I watched several of the trips as they slowly got filled....plenty of FO takers, but MANY would have had to cancel if not for the RF2 takers. Thank goodness, otherwise mgmt may have felt actual consequences from their actions. Plus, DRAFT!!!!!! So win-win for everyone!
