Assigned under 18 hours from last ending of non-fly day. Plenty of seats night before, loads went to crap. Called for PS, told needed a backup. Said I didn’t and told them why. Person talked to supervisor, said supervisor said no. When I asked to speak to said supervisor, supervisor refused to take my call and said contact CPO.
They are not required to give PS for PWA commuter clause. The UTC FOM policy which does give access to PS requires a back up to use.
