Spirit union is / should prioritize seniority over nationality. You can write a request/wishlist to management to not renew the visas. That’s probably your best shot at screwing over your fellow pilots. Good luck.
If you go back a page, you’d know that I said that I don’t have any skin in the game anymore. In this situation, a fellow pilot is getting the short end of the stick regardless of nationality. I’d rather prioritize an American worker over a foreign one (as should any other nation), but that’s above all of our pay grade and none of this back and forth matters
