You don't have to pay if you answer load requests for your company. Before I go on a trip with my family I normally build up a big credit by answering requests for my company, that way I can make plenty of load requests for whichever airline(s) I'm flying on. It works out pretty good, you give some you get some. I love StaffTraveler (I should get bump stickers made that say that
