Our trip coverage sequence needs to change. An IA is just a GS without a trigger. Everyone who flies overtime wants one. It’s a horrible distribution system. Blast everyone and create a free-for-all.
Exactly, it’s not an Inverse Assignment, it’s who can call quicker. I once got a call for one, but by the time I listened to the message, the trip was already assigned to someone 4000 numbers senior to me. That’s not Inverse, that’s a free for all just like you said.
