No, we're talking about reports < 2 hours. Those currently are not going to GS, they're going to IA regularly now.
My point is to put more SS, VAS or PBS premium rotations/reserve days in place ahead of time when available reserves are projected to be near 0. We have the tools to do this already, so let's not concede mass efficiencies to the company such as removing auto accepts or expanding CNO that ultimately sacrifice QOL to squeeze more work out of pilots.
It's on them to fix our meltdown recoveries, no concessions.
Hardly any of the trips being covered by 23M7 are actually reporting <2 hours. Covering trips with solutions that pay less than what they did pre C2019 should not be the answer to a system that has become unworkable for relatively short notice trips. Both the company's behavior and the pilot groups behavior have a role to play in it no matter how inconvenient that is to some.
