It's on them to fix our meltdown recoveries, no concessions.
Hardly any of the trips being covered by 23M7 are actually reporting <2 hours. Covering trips with solutions that pay less than what they did pre C2019 should not be the answer to a system that has become unworkable for relatively short notice trips. Both the company's behavior and the pilot groups behavior have a role to play in it no matter how inconvenient that is to some.
