WN made a great decision by declaring the impasse even though they didn't get released and it seemed like a mistake at the time to some. We're most likely within 4-8 months from getting released but swap unions, dump your cash bank and you're looking at another 2-3 years easy. As far as the negotiation strategy I've already previously explained the cost analysis disadvantage you put yourself in and why the union just downgraded their strategy.
I never get tired of being right. I’m petty that way.

Unterseher admitted openly and with frustration on the town hall that the union was denied a meeting with the NMB. His words were “we were lead to believe that the NMB would be receptive to our argument that we are at an impasse.”

Like I’ve been saying, unless you had your head in the sand or so far up Unterseher and JR’s behind, it was a huge disappointment to not get a meeting with the NMB. JR, Unterseher, Graff, Jay, etc were telling anybody who would listen that the NMB was gonna release us after they heard what the union had to say.

The union was SHOCKED that they weren’t given the opportunity to plead their case with the NMB. Unterseher confirmed that on the town hall.

Two Bit - you know your a religious zealot when you continue to believe the NMB is still considering our request for an meeting even after Unterseher tells us they denied a meeting.

stop believing every word of those silly messages the new comm’s committee is putting out and think for yourself…
