This is oversimplified and inaccurate. Those of us saying that seniority is being violated are not asking to just waive the white flag. But things do need to change because seniority is being violated by 23m7. First come first serve premium pay where junior pilots gets hours of head start isn't how our PWA is supposed to award seniority.
