But things do need to change because seniority is being violated by 23m7. First come first serve premium pay where junior pilots gets hours of head start isn't how our PWA is supposed to award seniority.
Again, hours of head start isn’t accurate. I’ve lost many IAs that I’ve immediately called for to people way senior to me. But there does need to be a process (which is currently just a free for all), because there is no honoring of seniority in the IA process.
