again, the NC is so stupid and shortsighted. Management can literally change that solver whenever they want however they want. Yeah we can take it to arbitration, but we got lucky in one one. Remember all those high fly lines yeah we lost that arbitration.

why would we give management. Especially this management team, the ability to change and rework the solver whenever they want. They can code/program the solver to do whatever they want. Sure, arbitration, but again after the arbitration management can just change it again, and again, and again. It’s management’s own excel solver…

I am seriously shocked this is what the NC thinks status quo on scheduling will get voted in.

so naive. So ignorant of the history here. I can promise you if we have to stick with MG’s hand built solver we will regret it for the next ten years too. Management hasn’t “tweaked” the solver because the they’ve been pretending to be “pilot friendly” during negotiations. Make no mistake, if the solver stays we will see MWDs til kingdom come the second the ink dries.
