It's setup to fail. Many outs for the board to go, " Nah not sending this to the members, done for 30 years" to needing >50% of the whole pilot group when non-contract participation is lucky to get 20% participation, etc. So it doesn't matter if 90% that bothered to vote said go ALPA, if it was only 49% of the pilot group, it fails and again done for 30 years.
Between the barriers and the level of apathy within our ranks, I have little hope in this getting anywhere or settling the matter.
