Spirit is obviously in serious financial trouble, and nobody is more aware of it than those who work there. If someone wants to stay and ride it out or get out as soon as they can, who cares? That’s their business. Some are too senior or old to want to start over, some aren’t competitive in today’s hiring market to go somewhere else, some are leaving, while others are simply rolling the dice. They know the potential risks involved here. Let them make their decisions based on what they think is best for themselves. Constantly rubbing their faces in it 24/7 is kind of a dick move.
Valid points. This is like driving by a horrific car accident. Everyone slows down to a crawl and then makes comments about it for the next few hours.
Some stop and try to get the victims out of the burning car. Instead, the driver stays in the car and says, 'it's fine'. ... just another perspective.
