Did they 86 the marketing team? The CEO doesn’t “generate revenue”. They facilitate and orchestrate the process through a diverse team of people and resources.
One hand says “ the industry/model is dead and not viable”
The other hand says Spirit as a company is incapable of becoming profitable.
Which is it? If the model is dead, obviously no one could succeed. Odd that F9 and Allegiant aren’t dead. Clearly NK serves a completely different market but the same customer. One thing sets NK aside from other competitors though. The 1-2 punch with the JBU debacle and the GTF problem. Of which neither challenge could be easily managed by even the most talented management group.
