Amex has terrible redemptions, Chase SR fees are now through the roof, Cap1 VentureX seems like the best value by far right now. Basically free if you use the travel credits, useful status at Hertz, and 2% without categories. If you have a lot of restaurant/travel expenses you might be able to pair it with a low fee/low benefit card with higher accrual and easier redemption in those categories.
