I had a guy in my new hire class (2023) at SWA get hired with a prior DWI. It happened roughly 10 years before he got hired. You can overcome it but you definitely have to articulate that in your interview. I highly recommend some interview prep service. I hear United is hiring like 2000 next year, we are hiring 300-600 not sure about the others. If the MAX 7 gets certified and we start taking deliveries AND the economy is strong and people are flying that number could go up for us. Time will tell. Hang in there.
