I’ll also add that the recruiter mentioned the following;
Degree is necessary to get an invite. They are very quick to filter by this.
Volunteer work is a big +
TPIC is all the rage again. 1000+
Thats all the in for I have. Hopefully someone else can add more
maybe most of that is true but it seems not to be hard facts. I got the invite with no degree and no volunteer time. That said I’ve been an Airbus CA for 6 years and I got the nod from a United CP and I’m sure that helped my cause. I hope the best for everyone, it’s a different world than it was a few years ago.
