Well considering you said you haven’t had an offer from a legacy, downgrade or go to a legacy doesn’t really seem like an option. IMO if you can’t afford to downgrade that leaves you with no options. Either take the easiest base you can commute to as a CA or deal with the pay cut. Many of us junior people are feeling the squeeze right now but we have no choice.
