That said I’ve been an Airbus CA for 6 years and I got the nod from a United CP and I’m sure that helped my cause. I hope the best for everyone, it’s a different world than it was a few years ago.
Timing matters much. For a few months I flew with quite a few new hires without a 4 year degree. That seems to have abated with the hiring slowdown. I didn’t have LORs or meet and greets when I got hired. I doubt that would cut it now.
