I applied while deployed and thought I could wait until I got home to do it. Once I came home from deployment I realized the link was expired. I emailed them to ask for an extension and they sent me a new assessment and I took it then. I was emailed to do my 2nd assessment and invited for the HR interview this past week.
So no, it's not too late.
Small difference between deployment and (presumably) flat out laziness. On the bright side, if this dude does get hired, he will fit right in with the CAs who don’t do welcome aboard, don’t brief FAs, don’t use turbulence procedures for FAs, don’t SOP single engine taxi, and mow directly thru the buildup because hey that’s not my problem.
