It was XJT's Contract 04 that moved the bar as high as its ever been. They were based on Comair's pre-bankruptcy contract. You cannot compare SKW's 50+ seat rates to anyone else's rates especially since SKW flew those aircraft for a while for the low 50 seat rates you had. And even today, I understand its just an override so you only get paid the 50 seat rates for training, etc.
We you say "as high as it's ever been", what do you mean exactly?
ACA's contract 01 had the 50 seat CA max out at $100/hr. That was the first regional CBA to see that. The ORIGINAL XJT contract 04 didn't match tthat number. It wasn't until LOA 8 was later signed that it changed. That 100/hr rate would have occurred in 2004 in at ACA. LOA 8 doesn't have our guys breaking that figure UNTIL 12/01/09. Also, ACA's year 2 50 seat FO in 2002 is what XJT's is now.
