Take first available, you will probably commute either way unless you want SFO or LAX. What base do you want? On the Alaska side you will most likely start in LAX or SFO (current open positions). That probably won't change soon as 2023 Alaska hires are still trying to get to ANC, PDX, and SEA, depending on how early in the year they were hired. The last several classes hired have been commuting to reserve and getting unstacked this whole time. Be prepared for that.
