Pay, haha no way, you will get Hawaiian pay of you pick Hawaiian and vice versa. Two separate contracts, two different pay scales.
Basing, if you pick Alaska, you’ll get anyone of their bases, based on seniority and base availability. Standard airline stuff.
Hawaiian, well if 787 isn’t filled in SEA it could be available, but count on HNL in the 717.
