New hire pay at Hawaiian is $87/hr, there was a $10,000 bonus for a while, but not sure if that's staying or not, Alaska's is about $120 according to their profile page. I wouldn't say that's 70% difference, still sizable though. If you go to the Hawaiian side of the house you'll get Hawaiian pay until JCBA, seniority will be DOH, and you'll be based in a Hawaiian base: HNL, CVG (330 freight) , or SEA (787). If you go to the Alaska side of the house the same deal, Alaska pay and bases until JCBA. I think the big difference is indoc will be in Seattle regardless of what side of the operation you pick.
