If you go to the Hawaiian side of the house you'll get Hawaiian pay until JCBA, seniority will be DOH, and you'll be based in a Hawaiian base: HNL, CVG (330 freight) , or SEA (787). If you go to the Alaska side of the house the same deal, Alaska pay and bases until JCBA. I think the big difference is indoc will be in Seattle regardless of what side of the operation you pick.

But odds are very good you would only see that difference either way for a few months at most, JCBA is probably right around the corner. I'd weigh fleet/domicile assignment much higher, unless you literally don't care where you live and can afford HNL on $84/hr.
