Yes, I'll be going through ATL for the last time tomorrow, 4xxx series. I was with SkW when we started the ATL base, as it was only last year. And it's only been about 3 years that SkW has owned ASA.

This is the reason XJT will not surrender their integration clause in their successor clause of their contract. SKW management cannot be trusted to treat the "new members of the family" as Atkins is fond of calling the aquired, fairly. I know this point is lost on you and will most likely result in some misplaced anti-union, you got what you deserved reply.

Just be careful. JA will get around to lying to the SKW pilots again after lying to other pilot groups ceases to accomplish his goals.

Screwing us over would accomplish nothing for him (well, maybe short term). JA certainly didn't spend 36 years of his life building this little puddle jumper outfit to start making rash decisions now. My bigger fear is when he retires... who do we get ? Or Chip is lured away with a big paycheck to some other outfit.

Sorry, don't see it happening for now, and neither does the overwhelming majority of our workforce. This, no doubt, is lost on you.

Whether XJT capitulates to JA or not, that's completely up to them.

P.S. Congratulations on the upgrade. Turbine PIC is what is coveted for requirements, but remember, the better job, if you seek one, comes with a union.

Thanks.

I *am* a union member presently. Just not in the airline bidness.

I still don't want ALPA, or their lawsuits, at SkW for the plethora of reasons I've enumerated on many occasions.
