Walk with your feet is the only real leverage - and that happened in 2022/23 when the hiring was crazy. Today, not so much. It’s about to get hyper competitive. No need to pay out $1000 for any referrals. Nor is there a need for them to feel like they have to give industry-leading. I highly doubt we see anything industry leading outside of section 6.

That’s how the process works. That’s my whole point. Don’t accept mediocrity. Vote no if the TA is sub par. Wright your reps tell them what you want.
What’s the benefit to rush this thing through? So the company can get their cake and eat it too at our expense? I’m going to lose seniority and career progression because of this. Give me some f@&$ing cake too.
